The following are the officers and members of the different committees as agreed upon during our last victory party / meeting (june 16):

Note: During the meeting, important issues pertaining to funds, membership and future tournaments were discussed and the following consensus were arrived at:
1. All weekly contributions should be paid to zombie08. Charges pertaining to uniforms, bbs, etc should be given to zaid. Everyone is encouraged to pay their weekly dues / payables on time.
2. A financial report of our ATU funds will be prepared by the concerned officers and presented to the body every month.
3. Members who are deemed inactive (defined as a registered member of ATU but unable to play regularly) should pay monthly dues to maintain membership status.
4. An applicant who wishes to be a member of ATU-Zamboanga should submit a letter of intent addressed to the Committee on Membership properly endorsed and signed by two active ATU members and should participate in at least 5 ATU games before being accepted as an active member of ATU.
5. Requirements and criteria for joining future tournaments (especially out-of-town competitions) were set forth among which are game attendance and performance as well as financial capacity to shoulder expenses.
